These Terms of Use and Sale govern your use of the sweenly.com website and the purchase of products offered by Sweenly, a brand operated by Synchronicite LLC.

2. Products

Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or finish may occur depending on your screen display or manufacturing batch.

3. Orders

Any order placed on sweenly.com constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Synchronicite LLC reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
  • No card details are stored on our servers.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is handled by partner logistics providers.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates but are generally met.
  • Delivery charges are displayed before you confirm your order.

6. Right to Cancel and Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to return the goods.

Return postage costs are £20.50 and are payable by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (text, graphics, logos, photographs, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Synchronicite LLC.

8. Personal Data

Data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management.

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

However, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of UK consumer law that cannot be derogated from by agreement, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution before commencing legal proceedings.
