Terms and Conditions of Sale

Sweenly

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on sweenly.com. Placing an order constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all sales between Synchronicite LLC, operator of the Sweenly brand, and any consumer making a purchase through sweenly.com.

2. Products

  • Products offered are described with care.
  • Slight variations in colour may occur depending on screen display or production batch.

3. Pricing

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges are displayed separately before you confirm your order.
  • Sweenly reserves the right to amend its prices at any time, with no retroactive effect on orders already placed.

4. Orders

  • Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  • Once your order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent automatically.
  • Sweenly reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

  • Payment is made by debit or credit card through a secure payment platform.
  • No card details are stored by Sweenly.

6. Dispatch and Delivery

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 72 working hours after payment confirmation.
  • Under section 28 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where no delivery date is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and in any event within 30 days.
  • Sweenly cannot be held responsible for delays outside its control.

7. Cancellation and Returns

  • Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to cancel, by emailing support@sweenly.com with their order number. Customers then have a further 14 days from notifying us to return the goods.
  • Excluded products (Regulation 28): sealed cosmetic products which have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned or refunded, for health protection and hygiene reasons. Cosmetics are supplied sealed.
  • Condition of returned goods (Regulation 34): any product returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning may be subject to a reduced refund reflecting its diminished value. Goods must be returned complete, with all accessories.
  • Process: no return without prior authorisation. Customers request authorisation at support@sweenly.com and send the goods within 14 days to the address provided.
  • Return postage: £20.50, payable by the customer.

8. Statutory Rights

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
  • Customers have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund from the date of delivery.
  • If a fault is found, customers are invited to contact customer service as soon as possible. Return postage for faulty or misdescribed goods is at our expense.

9. Personal Data

  • Information collected is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
  • If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of UK consumer law that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
  • In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution.
  • Failing that, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom.
