Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sweenly, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item isn't right for you, you have the right to cancel your order under the conditions set out below.
1. Your Right to Cancel (14 Days)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel, without giving any reason and without penalty.
To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision by email at support@sweenly.com, quoting your order number, before the 14-day period expires.
You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to return the goods.
2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned products must be:
- Unused
- Unopened, with the seal intact. Under Regulation 28(1)(e), sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Complete with any accessories
3. Return Costs
Return postage costs are £20.50 and are payable by the customer.
Where you cancel your order, we will refund the cost of standard outbound delivery. If you chose a premium or express delivery option, we will refund only the amount of our cheapest standard delivery, and the difference will not be reimbursed.
4. How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@sweenly.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- A return address will be sent to you by email.
- Send the parcel to the address provided within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
⚠️ Important: Returns cannot be sent to any address that has not been provided to you in advance by Sweenly. Parcels sent without prior coordination, or to an address not issued by our team, cannot be processed.
5. Refunds
Under Regulation 34, refunds are issued within 14 days of the date we receive your returned parcel, or the date you provide evidence of having sent it back — whichever is earlier.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fee is charged for issuing a refund.
6. Items Excluded from the Right to Cancel
Under Regulation 28, the right to cancel does not apply to:
- Sealed cosmetic products which have been unsealed after delivery, for health protection and hygiene reasons
- Products damaged by the customer or returned incomplete
- Bundle or set items where one component is missing
- Gift cards
7. Your Statutory Rights
Separately from your right to cancel, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund from the date of delivery.
If your product is faulty, contact support@sweenly.com as soon as possible. Return postage for faulty or misdescribed goods is at our expense, not yours.
8. Product Performance
Wear-time claims for our products are based on testing under optimal use conditions. Results may vary depending on nail preparation, application method, environment, and daily habits.
This information is provided as a general guide and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where a product has an inherent defect.
